Stage Rental Guide

Yamamoto Noh Theater is available for rent as a “rental stage” venue.

In addition to Noh and classical performing arts, our stage is frequently used for a wide variety of performances and presentations.

It is also available as a venue for exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and private reception parties held in a special setting.

Please follow the basic usage rules for the Noh stage:
・Always wear white tabi socks on stage
・Do not touch the pillars or kagami-ita (back panel)
・Do not damage the stage
Within these rules, the space may be used flexibly for various purposes.

If your rental includes food or drink in the audience seating area, please consult with us in advance.

It can be used for a 

wide variety of purposes.

How to Apply 

for Stage Use

1. Confirm Date

Please contact us by phone or email with your intended purpose and preferred date.

2. Availability Confirmation

Depending on the event content, we may decline your request.

3. Submit Application

Submit the designated application form to complete your reservation.

4. Payment

Payment must be made either in advance via bank transfer or on-site on the day.
Instructions will be provided when you apply.

5. Day of Use

You may enter at your scheduled start time. Please finish cleanup within your reserved time.

Important Notes

Please understand the following terms when using our facility:

1. Rental hours include load-in and load-out time.

2. For exhibitions or consecutive-day use, please consult with us.

3. Use after 21:00 will incur overtime charges every 30 minutes.

4. First-time users must pay in advance.

5. To preserve the stage, a maximum of 10 people may be on stage at one time.
Heavy equipment may not be brought onto the stage. If any equipment must be placed on stage, please use a red carpet to protect the flooring. Liquids may not be used on stage.

6. All persons stepping on stage, including staff, must wear white tabi socks.

7. If you are printing flyers, please send a draft by email or fax for approval before printing.
Due to plaster walls, do not tape anything directly to the walls.

8. Event setup is the responsibility of the organizer. Please consult us if you wish to move major equipment.
Please return the space to its original condition after your event.

9. Visitors must remove their shoes at the entrance and carry them in a bag to their seats. We provide shoe bags for your convenience.
